We suggest using 8-10 oz of liquid. Our top pick is cold almond or coconut milk, but feel free to use whatever your heart desires. Water, regular milk or any other plant based milk works great with Smoothie-N-Go. We've heard from nutritionists that they made it with yoghurt too and it was yummy. The point is, feel free to experiment!

Well, if you eat bananas in your Keto diet, it can be. (Because all of our flavors contain bananas.) We’ll do our best to accommodate different dietary requests in the future, so stay tuned for new recipes!

Feel free to give all the fruit flavors to your kiddos (Banana Strawberry, Mango-Pineapple-Banana); however, we don’t recommend “Flow” to children because of its caffeine content (42mg).
